Our liability is limited to the actual value of the shipment as declared by the customer, subject to the terms of any applicable insurance coverage.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all customs documentation is complete and accurate. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed.

Payment is required prior to shipment unless credit terms have been established. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of services and additional fees. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms shall remain in effect, including but not limited to warranty disclaimers and liability limitations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Solex Logistics is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
